RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO CONTRACT FOR SALE ACT 9 BONDS THAT MAY BECOME AVAILABLE AFTER THE OCTOBER 13, 1964, ELECTION

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to contract for the sale of Act 9 Bonds which may become available for issuance and sale as a result of an election to be held thereon on October 13, 1964, when and if the same are issued, at the best price available and under such terms as will cost the City of Jonesboro nothing and will not adversely affect the rentals now received from Crane Company.

The acts of said officials to be upon recommendations of the President of the Jonesboro Industrial Development Corporation and the President of the Citizens Bank, Trustee of such bond issue.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 8^th day of September, 1964.
