WHEREAS, Donald Pearsall has faithfully completed tenures as a member of the Jonesboro Handicapped Advisory Committee; and

WHEREAS, the service rendered by Donald Pearsall, to the Jonesboro Handicapped Advisory Committee, the community of Jonesboro, and Craighead County has earned the admiration and respect of all citizens; and

WHEREAS, the Jonesboro Handicapped Advisory Committee desires to express its appreciation and gratitude for the splendid achievements of Donald Pearsall.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution is spread upon the permanent records of the City of Jonesboro and copies be delivered to Donald Pearsall.
