RESOLUTION TO EXECUTE CONTRACT & LEASE TO ALTON BOX CO.

It is found that the issuance of bonds under Act 9 of 1960, use of the proceeds to acquire and improve property, and lease of said property to Alton Box Board Company is highly beneficial to the City of Jonesboro and to the residents thereof;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and deliver to the Alton Box Board Company the Memorandum Contract of Finance and Lease Attached to and made a part of this Resolution.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1^st day of May, 1961.
