BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1:                     That Title 14 of the Jonesboro Municipal Coke known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended by the change in zone district boundaries as follows:

From R-3 (Multi-Family High Density) to CR-1 (L.U.O.) Commercial Residence Mixed Use District) Professional Office that land described as follows:

SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT “A”

SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS:

1)                     That any future redevelopment submittals are to be reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission prior to Building permits in an orderly fashion, to protect abutting residences for approval.
