February 17, 2004

The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Alderman McCall. Members present were: Tim McCall, Alec Farmer, Chris Moore and Cecil Province. Others in attendance were City Clerk Donna Jackson, Councilman Perrin and Mayor Brodell.
AGENDA AMENDMENTS
Councilman McCall moved, seconded by Councilman Farmer to amend the agenda to include a resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a fund selection service contract with Principal Financial Group for the non-uniform pension plan. All voted aye.
Discussion was held regarding particular items being pulled from the agenda. Mayor Brodell stated he would be pulling the following agenda items:
5 (B) Ordinance to sell a portion of North Main Park to City Water and Light.
5 (C) Ordinance to sell a portion of Allen Park to City Water and Light.
6 Resolution to purchase CW&L Park and Culberhouse Park.
7 Resolution to purchase Pop Stricklin Park.
8 Resolution to execute contract with Dacus Fence Company.
17 Appointments to various Boards and Commissions.
MINUTES
Councilman Farmer moved, seconded by Councilman Moore for the adoption of the minutes for January 8, 2004. All voted aye.
With no other business the meeting was adjourned.
