AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 2, CHAPTER 2.20, SECTION 2.20.01 OF THE JONESBORO CODE OF ORDINANCES, BY AMENDING THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING TIME FROM 7:30 P.M. TO 6:30 P.M.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Jonesboro City Council that Section 2.20.01 of the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances known as "Council Meetings - Regular" be amended as follows:
SECTION 1: "All regular meetings of the Council shall be held on the first and third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m."
SECTION 2: It is found and declared by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, shall take effect and be in full force from and after its' passage and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1995.
