Description of property to be abandoned: The unimproved east end of Tumbleweed Street more particularly described as: Begin at the northwest corner of lot 14 of Upper Duckswater Addition, first revision to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; thence south 34°31'34" west along the east line of said lot 14, 303.84 feet to the existing right-of-way line of Tumbleweed Street, the point of beginning proper; thence along the right-of-way line, aforesaid, along a 159°11'157" curve to the right with a radius of 60.00 feet, a distance of 166.73 feet; thence north 13°43'31" east 10.18 feet; thence along a 108°50'10" curve to the left with a radius of 50.00 feet, a distance of 94.98 feet; thence north 34°31'34" east 27.20 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 0.0808 acres.
