(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Residential Two, located off Airport Road just north of Prospect Road, Lot 3 of Lloyd Subdivision. (John White, Jr.)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of a 1985 Mack Truck Tractor
