Contract with Union Pacific Railroad for pedestrian crossing improvements

The city contracted with Union Pacific Railroad to make improvements at the Railroad Mile Post 238.44 on Railroad's Wynne Subdivision near Race Street. The contract was approved by RES-17:051 on May 16, 2017. The mayor and deputy city clerk signed the contract on May 17, 2017.
