3. Approval of minutes from regular City Council meeting held June 2, 2003, as delivered.
 
4. Legal Report.

5. City Attorney
 
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance making it necessary for Surveyors to submit surveys in a digital format on subdivisions of five acres or more, or any development requiring new street or utility construction.
 
B. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to adopt by reference the 2002 Edition of the Arkansas Fire Code including the Building Code.
 
C. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential R-1 and Commercial C-3 to Commercial C-3 Limited Use Overlay located on the northwest corner of Highland Drive and Wofford Street. (INHOC, LLC.)
 
D. 1st Reading - Ordinance to amend the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances, Chapter 5.16 entitled Garbage, Trash, and Weeds to provide for the collection of bulky waste; establishing fines and fees and for other purposes.
 
E. Decision regarding the appeal of Mr. Joel Taylor for a Conditional Use Permit for The Merritt Group.
 
6. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and accept the Contract for Preparation of Municipal Code by the Arkansas Municipal League.
 
7. Resolution to change "Cottage Home Road" to "Nestle Way" within the Jonesboro city limits.
 
8. Resolution setting a public hearing for the purpose of abandoning (4) dedicated utility easements located in the First Replat of West Branch Commercial Addition. (Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.)
 
9. New Business by the Mayor.
