BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as Recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:

From Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) the following described property:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION AS SURVEYED: (ENTIRE TRACT)

A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, and being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast Corner of aforesaid Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 14 North, Range 3 East; thence West 784.0 feet along the North line of aforesaid Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to the point of begin­ning proper; thence South 1 degree 32 minutes West 296.0 feet to the North right-of-way line of Washington Avenue Extension; thence along said right-of-way line North 89 degrees 39 minutes West 166.4 feet; thence along said right-of-way line Southwester­ly along a 7.998 degree curve to the left 104.57 feet; thence North 0 degrees 16 minutes 23 seconds West 301.86 feet to the North line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of aforesaid Section 14, Township 14 North, Range 3 East; thence East 280 feet along said North line to point of beginning proper, containing 1.87 acres more or less and being subject to public and private roads and easements.
