RESOLUTION TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS FOR CULVERT WORK ON MARDIS AND SHADOW RIDGE DRAINAGE PROJECTS

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas in accordance with A.C.A. 14-54-302 authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and accept the contracts, (Attachments A and B) made May 22, 2003 for the following culvert work:

·      Mardis Drainage Project as per bid number 2003:31.

·      Shadow Ridge Drainage Project as per bid number 2003:32.
