RESOLUTION TO PLACE A SPEED LIMIT SIGN ON IRBY STREET

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas as recommended by Captain Rainey on behalf of Chief Floyd Johnson, and the Metropolitan Area Traffic Authority, to place a 25 M.P.H. speed limit sign at the following location:
• ON IRBY STREET (Congested and narrow street; no paved area at end; gravel to the left).
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 3rd day of September, 1996
