Title

A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH RSA, INC. d/b/a NRS CONSULTING ENGINEERS TO PROVIDE THE HYDROLOGIC AND HYDRAULIC STUDY FOR THE WILKINS DRIVE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT;

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desires to enter into a contract to provide the Hydrologic and Hydraulic Study for the Wilkins Drive Drainage Improvements Project;

WHEREAS, RSA, Inc. d/b/a NRS Consulting Engineers has submitted to the City of Jonesboro a proposed Lump Sum amount of $9,500.00 for the Hydrologic and Hydraulic Study for the Wilkins Drive Drainage Improvements;

WHEREAS, the funding for the execution of the contract shall come from 07-100-0152-10 and compensation shall be provided upon completion of the project;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1:      That the City of Jonesboro shall enter into a contract with RSA, Inc. d/b/a NRS Consulting Engineers to provide the Hydrologic and Hydraulic Study for the Wilkins Drive Drainage Improvements Project;

SECTION 2:      The funding for the execution of the contract shall come from 07-100-0152-10 and compensation shall be provided upon completion of the project

SECTION 3:      The Mayor, Doug Formon, and the City Clerk, Donna K. Jackson, are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
