RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION TO JERRY ORR FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO AND ITS CITIZENS WHILE A MEMBER OF THE METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION

WHEREAS, Jerry Orr has faithfully completed tenures as a member of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the service rendered by Jerry Orr to the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission, the community of Jonesboro, and Craighead County has been outstanding and in the finest traditions of public service and has earned the admiration and respect of all citizens; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission desires to express its appreciation and gratitude for the tireless service of Jerry Orr;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by these presents does hereby express its sincere and heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the splendid achievements of John White III and Jerry Orr;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon the permanent records of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission and copies delivered to Jerry Orr.
