A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENTS OF THE CITY WATER AND LIGHT BOARD AND THE JETS COMMUNITY TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY BOARD

Body

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

Section 1: The following persons are hereby appointed as members to the JETS Community Transportation Advisory Board with the following terms:

• Dr. Rebecca Matthews to fill the unexpired term of Everett Fair whose term expires February 28, 2013.

• Amy Hutson is appointed to the Ward 2 position, with an expiration date of February 28, 2012.

• Martie Shull is appointed to the Ward 5 position, with an expiration date of February 28, 2011.

Section 2: Beverly Bartels is hereby appointed as a member to the City Water and Light Board to fill the unexpired term of Robbie Lyle whose term expires April 30, 2011.
