A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE WILLINGNESS OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO SELL THE CRANE BUILDING PROPERTY

WHEREAS, the Jonesboro Industrial Development Corporation desires to refurbish the Crane building and property for the purpose of making it available for the location of a new industrial plant site in the near future, and,
WHEREAS, to accomplish these purposes, it is necessary to convey title of the real property to the Jonesboro Industrial Development Corporation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, Ordained and Enacted by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, THAT:
SECTION 1: The Jonesboro City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute all documents and take all other such necessary actions to convey title, in fee simple, to the above described real property to the Jonesboro Industrial Development Corporation.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1985.
