RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS FOR MATA RIGHTS OF WAY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

 

Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute all documentation necessary to effectuate the following MATA Right of Way Contract:

 

•                     John and Realma Bradley - 1400 Overhill Road - Parcel 96.

•                     John Douglas - 1901 W. Nettleton - Parcel 97

•                     Hetty White, Betty Sue Treadway, James White, and Ben White - 1801 W. Nettleton - Parcel 93

 

Section 2. The originals of the above mentioned contracts, rights of way, and appraisals are on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.
