AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE PAYMENT FOR MATERIALS AND LABOR TO CHANGE OUT THE COMPRESSOR, CHANGE FILTERS AND RECHARGE THE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT AT THE FORUM OF JONESBORO

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: That the City Council approved the payment of Five Thousand Thirty Eight Dollars ($5, 038.00) for the material and labor used to change out the compressor, change filters and recharge the air conditioner unit at the Forum of Jonesboro.
SECTION 2: The City Council finds that the immediate payment for the above described materials and labor is necessary, and therefore, an emergency is declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 1991.
