A Part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southwest Corner of aforesaid Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North 89°02' East on the quarter section line 50.0 feet; thence North 0°11 ½' East on the East right-of-way line of Brown’s Lane 50.0 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence North 0° 11 ½'   East along said right-of-way line 341.60 feet to the south right-of-way line of Ecumenical Drive; thence North 89°05' East along said right-of-way line 170.00 feet; thence South 0° 11 ½'   West 342.15 feet to the North right-of-way line of Race Street; thence with the meanderings with the North right-of-way line of Race Street as follows: North 89°03' West 21.01 feet; South 89°02' West 149.0 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 1.33 acres, more or less, subject to all rights-of-way and easements of record.

SECTION 2:    It is found and declared by the City Council that proper use of the tract of land described in this Ordinance is being delayed because of improper zoning and that, therefore, an emergency exists and this Ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, it shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
