ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM MATA FUND TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR FOX MEADOW PROJECT

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro needs to widen Fox Meadow from Caraway Road to Stadium including installing curb and gutter; and

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro needs to widen Caraway Road from Fox Meadow to a 1000 feet more or less South; and.

WHEREAS, the sum of $394,268.91 is in the Mata Improvement Fund and will be utilized toward said work,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:

SECTION 1: That the sum of $394,268.91 shall be transferred from the Mata Funds to Capital Improvements Funds for Fox Meadow No. 14-100-231-00.

SECTION 2: Further, that the sum of $1,479,924.71 shall be transferred from the Capital Improvement Fund Reserve to the Capital Improvement Fund for Fox Meadow No. 14-100-231-00. The total monies for said project shall be $1,823,077.40.
