RESOLUTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING A PROPOSED ORDINANCE THAT WOULD AMEND ORDINANCE 1365

WHEREAS, a proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1365 has been presented to the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing should be had to hear all persons who desire to be heard regarding such standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the City Clerk is directed to publish a notice advising the public of such hearing which will be had on June 17, 1996, at 6:00 o’clock p.m. at Municipal Court, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
