AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1999 ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FROM SALES TAX RESERVES FOR WORK TO THE NEW TERMINAL BUILDING AT THE JONESBORO MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, that:
SECTION 1: The 1999 Annual Budget for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, for the Capital Improvement Fund, Plant and Equipment - Airport Terminal Building is hereby amended the appropriation of $37,500.00 to come from Sales Tax Reserves.
SECTION 2: Due to the need to complete work on the Jonesboro Municipal Airport Terminal, an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force before and after its passage and approval.
