PLACE 30 M.P.H. SPEED SIGNS AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE OF LING CREST DRIVE
LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE OF KERSEY LANE
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1992.
