RESOLUTION TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT TO THE 457 PLAN AND TRUST FOR NON-UNIFORM EMPLOYEES

BE IT RESOLVED  by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the 457 Plan and Trust for Non-Uniform Employees be amended , effective April 1, 2001, by the proposed modifications as set forth in the Amendment, copies of which are attached hereto; and

FURTHER RESOLVED that the legally constituted officers be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City of Jonesboro to execute the Amendment to the Plan as set forth in the attached Amendment.

ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 21^st day of May, 2001.
