A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CITY OF JONESBORO EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro adopted its Employee Handbook in 1995, and

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro needs to amend the Employee Handbook

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1:  Appendix A of the handbook entitled Family Medical Leave Policy be amended to include a section called Definitions as attached.
