AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN ZONE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That Title 14, of the Jonesboro Municipal Code known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended by the change in Zone District Boundaries as follows:
From Commercial C-1, Downtown Core Commercial District to the Commercial C-3, General Commercial District that land described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
All of lots 25 and 26 of the Subdivision of a part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township No. 14 North of Range No. 4 East, referred to as Howard’s Addition to the Town of Jonesboro, (Formerly the town of Nettleton), Arkansas, shown by the plat recorded in Deed Record Book 10 at pate 390, (further submitted as Lot 1 of Griffin’s Replat of Lots 25 and 26 of Howard’s Addition, Jonesboro, Arkansas) all found in the office of the Circuit Clerk for Craighead County in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
