BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Residential (R-1) To Commercial (C-3) the following described property:
DESCRIPTION NO. 1:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the South-West Quarter of Section 33, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas; thence South 89º29'30" East along the North Line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, aforesaid, 317.85 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence continue South 89º29'30" East 338.57 feet; thence South 1º12'36" West 1315.00 feet to the South Line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, aforesaid; thence North 89º29'36" West along said South Line 611.32 feet to the East Right-Of-Way Line of Caraway Road; thence along Said East Right-Of-Way Line as follows: North 0º43'26" East 606.88 Feet, North 2º34'01" East 408.58 feet to the centerline of a ditch; thence along said centerline as follows: North 46º41'01" East 188.68 feet, North 39º09'18" East 217.40 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 17.48 acres.
