ORDINANCE DECLARING ANIMALS ON THE SIDEWALKS TO BE A MISDEMEANOR AND SETTING FINES

Whoever shall ride, lead or drive any horse, mule, cattle, or other animal, upon any of the sidewalks of the City of Jonesboro shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Twenty-five Dollars.

Passed and approved this 16th day of October, 1905
