RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED OR EASEMENT IN FAVOR OF SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Jonesboro a proposed right-of-way deed or easement in favor of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, said easement lying adjacent to the St. Louis Southwestern Railway on properties now held for airport purposes which easement has been approved by the Municipal Airport Commission and the signing of such easement recommended by said Commission.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 2^nd day of March, 1964.
