Title

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE CONTRACT AGREEMENTS WITH RSA INC d/b/a NRS CONSULTING ENGINEERS UNDER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR DRAINAGE;

Body

WHEREAS, the City now desires to amend said contract, including but not limited to changing the scope of work time frame within which to perform and the fee to be paid; and

WHEREAS, the Administration and staff have negotiated with drainage engineers listed in the City's "Request for Qualifications" and have followed the State Professional Services guidelines and are recommending their selection.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT;

1: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into an amended contract with RSA Inc. d/b/a NRS Consulting Engineers, Inc in the amount of $30,900.00 for design and Engineers, Inc in the amount of $30,900.00 for design and $27,675.00 for construction, on the Valley Drive drainage projects.

2. The funding for the execution of the contracts shall come from 07-100-0152-06 and compensation shall be provided upon completion of the project.
