Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the property described as follows for maintenance:

Part of Lot 47 of Candlewood Estates Sixth Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, also being part of Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, Craighead County, Arkansas

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1.                     The Mayor, Doug Formon, and the City Clerk, Donna Jackson, are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the permanent easement described above.
