AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN ZONING BOUNDARIES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That Title 14, of the Jonesboro Municipal Code known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended by the change In Zone District Boundaries as follows:
From C-4; Neighborhood Commercial District; to C-3; General Commercial District land described as follows;
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 14 North-Range 4 East, being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of said Section 28; thence West on the Section Line 420.00'; thence S01º08'00"w - parallel with the East Line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28, 210.00'; thence West parallel with the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, 260.00', to the point of beginning proper; thence continue West parallel with the North Line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, 210.00'; thence N01º0800"E, parallel with the East Line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, 168.30', to the South Right of way line of Arkansas State Highway 18; thence S89º 53'00" E on said Right of Way Line 210.00'; thence S01º 08'00" W 167.90', to the point of beginning proper, less and except that part thereof, lying in the North 60' of the West 210.00', of the East 890.00', of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Said Section 28.
