4. City Attorney:
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-1), located on the west side of E. Nettelton Ave, a quarter of a mile north of Ingels Road. (Floyd Vuncannon)
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) located on the north side of Sunnymeadow Drive, east of Caraway Road. (Roddy Thrasher)
(C) 2nd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-3) to Residential (R-3), located west of Stadium, south of Higginbottom Creek abutting Caraway Place. (Jim Etters)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-3) to Industrial (I-1), located on the southwest corner of Parker Road and Parker Annex Road. (Russell Dougherty)
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3), located on the east side of Curtview Drive, south of Race Street. (Brenda Rainwater)
(F) 1st reading - Ordinance to amend the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances (15.16. 01) for the purpose of adopting a street improvement agreement for use with enforcement of the subdivision regulations and to prevent piece-mill installation of street improvements.
