BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

The 2004 Annual Budget for the City of Jonesboro, adopted as Ordinance Number 3450 on December 15^th, 2003, is amended by the appropriation of $25,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Capital Improvement Fund for Traffic Signal Projects, including the City's matching share of projects utilizing federal-aid funding.
