3. Approval of minutes from August 16, 1993, and minutes from the Special meeting, regarding Sanitation proposals, August 30, 1993.

(A) 1st reading - Ordinance to vacate and the abandon a street easement in the Highland Forest Subdivision. (Jim Burton\Jerry Craft)
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Residential Two, located on Richardson Road at Kristal Drive. (James McCauley\Tom Reagan)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential Two to Commercial Two, located off Creath Avenue. Decision regarding the John Prunty appeal. (W. Ray Nickle)
(D) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located near the Calvary Chapel Church worship building east of Arkansas Highway One, south of Rook Drive and north of Fox Road. (Dan Mulhollen/Phillips Investments)
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to establish a curfew applicable to juveniles and regulating their presence on public streets.
(F) 1st reading - Ordinance amending section 503.2.1 of the 1991 standard mechanical code as adopted by the State of Arkansas.
(G) 1st reading - Ordinance to improve the traffic flow in the City of Jonesboro by removing un-necessary multi-way stop intersections.
