A RESOLUTION TO LEASE STALLINGS PARK #1 FROM THE STALLINGS FAMILY

WHEREAS, the Stallings Family owns Stallings Park located at 2507 E. Matthews, and
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro maintains said property as a City of Jonesboro park, and
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro Parks Department and the Stallings Family would like to enter into an agreement to formalize the lease of the park;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas shall enter into a lease agreement with the Stallings Family for use of the property located at 2507 E. Matthews as a City of Jonesboro Park.
Section 2: The Mayor, Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
