1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

2. Roll call by Clerk.

3. Approval of minutes from December 15, 1997, as provided.

4. City Attorney:

(A) 3^rd reading - Ordinance to relocate a portion of street easement located across the easterly side of Lot 8 of Block "E" in the Dunwoody-Huntcliff Estates. (Frank Macon)

(B)  3^rd reading -Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2), located on the south side of W. Matthews Avenue, west of Freeman Street. (Mack Fleming)

(C) 3^rd reading -Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Industrial (I-1), located on the northwest corner of Highland Drive and Easley Lane. (Gene Pruitt)

(D) 1^st reading -Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-3) to Industrial (I-1), located on the east side of Mead Drive, south of Parker Road. (Jim Mead)

(E) 1^st reading -Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3), located at the east end of Glenn Place, north of Planters Drive. (Kent Arnold)

(F) 1^st reading -Ordinance accepting certain lands annexed to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, by order of the County Court.

(G) 1^st reading -Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize the purchase of a Thermo Imaging System for the Fire Department.
