3. Approval of minutes from April 21, 1997, as provided.

4. City Attorney:

(A) 2nd reading - Ordinance for the abandonment of unimproved portions of a ten foot drainage easement between Lots 4 and 5 of the David Smith 4th Addition. (James D. Hunt/Berl Smith)

(B) 2nd reading - Ordinance for the abandonment of the unimproved portions of Tina Circle lying east of Lots 2 and 8 of the David Smith 4th Addition. (James D. Hunt/Berl Smith)

(C) 2nd reading - Ordinance to vacate the east one-half of the alley connecting Kitchen and Haltom Streets. (Michael Young)

(D) 2nd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-5), located in the southwest corner of Matthews Avenue and Haltom Streets. (Michael Young)
