3. Approval of minutes from August 1, 1994, as mailed.
Recommendations from the 911 Committee regarding improvements to the Emergency 911 System. (Ordinances will be provided at the meeting, by the 911 Committee).

(A) 1st reading - Ordinance to vacate the unimproved portion of Tumbleweed Street (Ron Bowen)
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to vacate the unimproved portion of North Church Street
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three located east of Industrial Drive at the intersection of the 63 Bypass and south of Raider Tire Company. (Dan Mulhollen/Harvey Estates)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance abandoning a portion of easement for Higginbottom Creek. (Skip Mooney/Mickey Seeman)
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive bids and authorize purchase of police vests for the Police Department
