Consideration by Council to move the next council meeting to Tuesday, September 5, 2000, due to the Labor Day Holiday.
4. City Attorney:
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of a handheld ticket writing system.
B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of a 550G Case dozer from Town & Country for the Street Department.
5. Resolution setting a public hearing for the purpose of vacating and abandoning a portion of Baswell Street, a/k/a Gwyndale Avenue, between Stadium Boulevard and Brazos Street. (David E. Burgess, Pastor of Community Fellowship Church)
6. Resolution setting a public hearing for purpose of vacating and abandoning a portion of Marchbanks Circle and certain utility easements. (Rick Wyatt)
