WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the properties described as follows for the purpose of the construction of the Caraway Rd Safety Enhancement Project - AHTD Job No. 100521:

1.                     Tract 7 - Kitterman Realty, LLC (Easement Deed attached)

2.                     Tract 8 - Jonesboro Country Club (Easement Deed attached)

3.                     Tract 9 - Jonesboro Real Estate Holdings Co., Inc. (Easement Deed attached)

4.                     Tract 12 - Esther Lea Kitterman (Easement Deed attached)

5.                     Tract 13 - Jonesboro Real Estate Holding Company, Inc. (Easement Deed attached)

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1.  The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the Easement Deeds listed above for the Caraway Rd Safety Enhancement Project - AHTD Job No. 100521.
