AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE JONESBORO MUNICIPAL CODE KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN ZONE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That Title 14 of the Jonesboro Municipal Code known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, 00 be amended by the change in zone district boundaries as follows:
From R-1, Single Family Medium Density District to C-1, Downtown Core Commercial District, that land described as follows:

part of lot 7, block 4, broadaway addition being more particularly described as follows:
beginning at the southeast corner of lot 7, block 4, broadaway addition, thence north 88°18’47” west along the south line of lot 7, aforesaid, 103.16 feet to the southwest corner of lot 7, aforesaid: thence departing said south line, north 02°51’33” east along the west line of lot 7, aforesaid, 40.00 feet: thence departing said west line, south 88°18’53” east 102.99 feet to a point on the east line of lot 7, aforesaid: thence south 02°36’21” west along said east line, 40.00 feet to the point of beginning.
containing in all 4, 122 sq. ft. or 0.09 acres, more or less.
being subject to all easements, restrictions, reservations and rights-of-way of record.
