3. Approval of minutes from February 21, 2000 as delivered.
4. City Attorney:
A. 2nd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property (Two Tracts) from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the east side of Caraway Road near Glenn Place. (Cooper and Roberts)
B. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the west side of Southwest Drive, 600 feet south of Wood Street. (Jerry Mariott)
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance extending the term of the Cable Television System Franchise of TCA Cable Partners for a period of six months.
5. Resolution setting a public hearing for the purpose of vacating a portion of Louis Lane, between Covey Road and Neely Road as requested by Teresa L. Brimhall.
6. New Business by the Mayor.
