Burlington Northern Railroad entered into a contract with the City for construction, maintenance and operation of trackage and appurtenances thereto, including crossing located near Moore Road & Cottage Home Road and was signed on July 7, 1989. The contract amount is for $31,135 for construction between letters A - B on Exhibit "A" and $8,015 for construction between letters B - C on Exhibit "A".
The original contract was amended and what is amended is in the amended contract, which was signed on February 23, 2012. The resolution number is RES-12:003 and was approved by Council on February 21, 2012.
