RESOLUTION TO REQUEST FREE SERVICES FROM CITY WATER AND LIGHT FOR THE SITE OF THE NEW CRAIGHEAD COUNTY JAIL ON WILLETT ROAD

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that City Water and Light Plant of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be requested by this resolution to provide electrical, water, and sewer services to the following location
Site of new Craighead County Jail located on Willett Road, on County Road No.30, north off Hwy.63B and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the electrical service be provided to this location with a mutual agreement between Craighead Electric and City Water and Light of Jonesboro.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 1988.
