CITY COUNCIL AGENDA - AUGUST 16, 1993

1. Call to order by Mayor at 7:30 p.m.

2. Roll call by Clerk

3. Approval of minutes from August 2, 1993

· Introduction of the NEA Dream Team

· Jill Crew, Marketing Director for the Indian Mall Merchants Association to address the City Council regarding police officers holding part-time positions.

· Rohnny McDaniel to address the City Council regarding the recent salary survey compiled by David Eagle and presented to the "Joint Committee".

4. City Attorney:

(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential Two to Industrial One, located on the south side of Burke Ave., east of Nisbett Street. (Steve Chaplain)

(B) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Residential Two, located on Richardson Road at Kristal Drive. (Tom Reagan)

(C) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three (R-1 to C-3 West 100') and from Agriculture One to Commercial Three (AG-1 to C-3), located north of (Lot 1) and south of (Lot 2) the Calvary Chapel Church worship building east of Arkansas Highway 1, south of Rook Drive and north of Fox Road.
