BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro that the City Attorney and the Community Center Board #1, President and Secretary be and are hereby authorized an directed to file such action as deemed necessary to secure court authority to transfer the Bond surplus fund in Community Center Fund #1 to be used for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the Community Center #1.
