BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1  That Ordinance No. 954 known as the zoning ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classifications as follows:

From Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) the following described property:

From the Southwest Corner of Lot 1 of the Jimmy Doyle Hunt Replat of Lot 1 of the James and Linda Cole Replat of Lots 1 and 2 of the G & S First Addition:  thence N 89°54’00” E. a distance of 63.97 feet to a point; thence run S 00°28’00” W. a distance of 169.00 feet to a point; thence run S. 02°37’35” W. a distance of 175.60 feet to a point; thence run N. 88°52’02” W. a distance of 58.25 feet to a point; thence run N. 00°37’00” E. a distance of 343.16 feet to a point being the POINT OF BEGINNING, said tract containing 0.50 acres.
