AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 21-5 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR REQUIREMENTS FOR FINAL PLAT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
That Section 21-15 of the Ordinances of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to be amended as follows:
Section 1: That Section E-(12) be added to read as follows; a development permit where required in accordance with Section 5-18.2 as amended, before final approval of final plat.
Section 2: The City Council does find and declare that Section 21-15 should be amended to provide for a development permit so as to compliment the amendment of Section 5-18.2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, this ordinance shall take effects and be in full force form and after its passage and approval.
